Carol Lamb Special

6 slices bread
8 oz cheese
6 oz cut up ham

6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard

1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 stick melted butter

Layer bread in bottom of 9x13 pan.  Top with ham and cheese.  Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.  Pour the mixture over the bread, cheese, and ham.  Refrigerate overnight.
In morning, mix together 1 cup coarsely crushed cornflakes and 1/2 stick melted butter.  Sprinkle over top of the refrigerated ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
